What happened: Trying to buy tickets for Taylor Swift Era.'s on October **th at *pm at AMC Disney Springs. Keep getting error message at payment stage yet two payments are pending on my card. I have received no email or ref number. Can you help?

What happened: I was buying tickets for the movie coraline, I got to the checkout and tried to buy the tickets and an error messages popped up. So then I tried to press it again and the same error message popped up. Then I come to find out that I was charged twice… but no tickets??
